New Work

Livestock Veterinarian

At Cintiz, we’re committed to ensuring the health, productivity, and ethical care of livestock across every step of the dairy supply chain. As a Livestock Veterinarian, you will play a critical role in protecting animal health and well-being through proactive veterinary practices, biosecurity planning, and modern herd health monitoring systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to the quality and safety of dairy products our customers trust every day.

About role

As a Livestock Veterinarian at Cintiz, you'll be at the heart of our mission to ensure healthy, productive, and ethically-raised dairy animals. Your primary focus will be the clinical care, disease prevention, and welfare monitoring of livestock across our dairy operations. You’ll work hands-on with farmers, technicians, and nutritionists to build herd health strategies that are proactive rather than reactive.

This role demands a strong blend of veterinary expertise, communication skill, and data-informed decision making, helping us deliver consistently safe, high-quality dairy products. From routine checkups to emergency care, your work will directly impact animal well-being and food chain integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the health of dairy cattle and provide diagnostics, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Implement herd health programs including vaccination, nutrition planning, and disease control strategies.
  • Collaborate with farm managers to improve biosecurity measures and animal handling protocols.
  • Maintain accurate health records and contribute to data-driven health analysis for operational improvements.
  • Educate farm staff on animal care practices and early signs of illness to improve early intervention.

What we are looking for:

  • DVM or equivalent degree in Veterinary Medicine, with active veterinary licensure.
  • 3+ years of experience working with dairy or livestock animals, preferably in a production-focused setting.
  • Deep understanding of bovine health, reproduction, and nutrition.
  • Strong communication skills to educate teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Passion for animal welfare, sustainable farming, and innovative health technologies.

At Cintiz, we blend tradition with innovation to create a better, healthier future for livestock and the people who depend on them. You’ll join a mission-driven team passionate about ethical farming, modern technology, and food security.
