Our challenge

Maintaining hygiene during milking is critical but difficult. Improper sanitization can lead to contamination, affecting milk quality and safety. Ensuring every tool, container, and hand involved is clean requires strict protocols and constant worker awareness to avoid health risks.

Animal comfort during milking is often overlooked. Stress from handling, machine pressure, or noisy environments can reduce milk yield. Creating a calm and consistent routine while training staff in gentle handling methods is essential for maintaining both quantity and quality.

Ensuring consistency across batches is challenging. Variations in technique, timing, or cow health can lead to fluctuating output. Standardizing milking procedures and investing in automation or smart monitoring tools are necessary to maintain quality and meet daily production targets.

How it works

We start by preparing the animal with gentle cleaning and stimulation to encourage natural let-down. Teats are sanitized to eliminate external bacteria, reducing contamination risks and ensuring milk remains fresh and safe from the source.

Milking is carried out either manually or with modern machines, depending on the scale. Our machines are calibrated for pressure and timing to avoid discomfort. Staff are trained to monitor flow and detect signs of infection or irregularities in yield.

Collected milk is quickly transferred to sealed containers and chilled immediately to preserve freshness. Every batch is quality tested before storage or delivery. Data from each session is logged, helping us maintain consistency, safety, and traceability at every step.
